Review on mygreen by Mariealphonse Seattle

I was eager to shop at mygreen because of their environmentally friendly and sustainable choices, but I was disappointed by my experience. The products I received were of varying quality, despite the excellent selection and affordable prices. While some of the items were top-notch, others were manufactured with poor materials and quickly disintegrated after use. I requested help from customer service, but was met with a slow and unhelpful answer. Dealing with it was frustrating, particularly in light of my enthusiasm for backing a sustainable business. While I value mygreen's emphasis on sustainability, I hope that they can enhance quality control and customer service to give their customers a better purchasing experience.
