Review on πŸͺŸ d-c-fix 346-0350 Rice Paper Privacy Glass Window Film, Self-Adhesive, 17"x78" Roll by Karen Washington

No night privacy but good daytime privacy only indoors

No night privacy. I applied this to the window and checked with a dustpan on the windowsill at night. When I went outside I could see everything in detail. During the day there was a completely closed view from the window, let in good light and had a subtle pattern of rice paper. In the second window I found the same; blocks the view of the street during the day but is completely transparent at night. I could see objects in the room that weren't near the window. I've found this to be best used when you don't want to see outside, or when you just want to block your view of an eyesore. I did a dry application and found it easy to apply and move around. I used a cloth and a straight edge to smooth out the bubbles and was able to completely remove whatever was there. I removed it on first use and just replaced it. There is no adhesive film left on the glass. I think it's just a "catchy" product. A useful cutting grid was on a backing paper with instructions printed on it.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember
