It was easy to install and beautiful to look at. I was skeptical because of the price but the product was great. After installing three rolls I definitely recommend filing it down with the excess at the edges which can be trimmed with a razor blade - the finished look will be a lot more accurate than trying to pre-cut.

I was a bit nervous because the name of the pattern, rice paper, wasn't mentioned anywhere on the outer packaging. And you know how these things never look right when they're all rolled up. But when I opened it up and unfolded it, especially after I installed everything, it looked great. Exactly what I wanted for my bathroom window. This is the second window protection film I have tried and I am very happy with it for my purposes. It looks pretty like rice paper, is surprisingly easy to pick up and lets in a lot of light while still offering privacy, which I'm happy with. We live in a 1920's house and I wanted to add period patterns to some of the windows (nothing too modern). I used a square paper punch and was able to easily create a repeating pattern that looks like frosted glass. This paper is opaque enough to provide privacy but still lets in plenty of light. I started the project with a static sticky product and it left hundreds of little bubbles. I decided to try this product and couldn't be happier. It looks amazing and after a few panes of glass for the project everything went so smoothly. I was able to complete 15 separate small windows in less than two hours. No night privacy. I applied this to the window and checked with a dustpan on the windowsill at night. When I went outside I could see everything in detail. During the day there was a completely closed view from the window, let in good light and had a subtle pattern of rice paper. Let me first say that this product offers privacy, you can see some shadows but nothing serious. I have used it on my office doors and now you don't see the clutter from the other side and it still lets in plenty of light which is a huge plus! Installation imperfection on the side of the window product.
