Don't buy it's a piece of junk and there are some serious quality control issues. I bought the first one and followed the instructions for the T. You have to charge it, which I did, the indicator stayed red, never went off, never turned green etc. It says wait an hour before using, which I did. I downloaded their app on my phone, plugged it in and tried and tried and tried turning it on...... Nothing. I charged it overnight and tried it the next day, still nothing. I re-read the instructions, googled, videos on YouTube, nothing. Tried different chargers, sockets etc. What other people showed on YouTube didn't do it…. turn on. So I returned it for a new one, maybe a bad one, ok of course. I bought a new one, it didn't even light up when I charged it. I thought ok maybe not, waited over an hour, tried to activate/use, nothing. Charged overnight, nothing. Returned and waiting for refund. Don't buy this until their quality control fixes some important issues. The best part about spending $400 and a lot of time is if you look at this device on google or youtube there are solutions there to take apart a $400 item and fix its cheap sweatshop to make it work . Yes, sorry, come on.
