Tastes awful, teeth whitening isn't good,

This can be good for your gums. However, the taste is terrible and the bleaching power is limited. Since this is a pre-brush conditioner, at least the flavor doesn't last long and goes away as soon as you brush. If it offered better whitening I would probably continue using it but after using 2 bottles I don't see much of a difference in the stains on my teeth. I will not buy it again nor recommend it.
