This software is easy to use! I have used it for all of my business needs (from basic email notifications, file transfers between team members.) Their customer service has been great too - they are always quick with an answer or call back when you need them most!! If there's anything that could be improved upon in this product- don't worry about looking around elsewhere because their competitors do not compare at ALL. The biggest benefit from using ability was ease of communication internally as well externally amongst our clients/customers. We're also able to set up recurring tasks within minutes without having any tech skills required! Also being able provide reminders so we can avoid forgetting things like meeting dates & times which would cause us big issues if someone were late by just 5 mins etc. Overall awesome tool but please make sure your pricing model suits businesses who require more than 1 user per device before purchasing. A few people will likely want.
