The printer was working correctly. The first problem is that the USB connection is not working. The computer writes an unidentified device. Bluetooth works, but not always. It's delicate. Now, just 90 days after purchase, the automatic document feeder is feeding multiple sheets at once. I bought it to do essential things during a van trip and I regret it. Back to my Epson scanner. To update. I received a quick response from HP support. This gave me a link that essentially prompted me to reload the program. Since I've tried this several times, I didn't want to, but I did it anyway and it didn't help. They also directed me to a link for people who print an extra page. It didn't help at all because my ADF is feeding multiple pages at once instead of just printing an extra blank page. I have to say that one bright spot is that I was told it had a one year warranty. This is my next step. I hope.
