This tool is essential when drilling holes in the home and emergency services to minimize the amount of dust generated that normally falls on the floor. The main body has a vacuum cleaner, and the attachment at the top where the drill bit goes in catches almost all of the dust that would otherwise come out and make a huge mess. The sucker mainly sucks into the wall, from which you can also detach the vacuum tank and attach a bracket to attach other tools like a self-leveling laser. I wasn't aware that this support piece had this kind of functionality which came in very handy as sometimes I can't use the laser close enough to my tripod or light stand as it has become a very valuable tool in its own right. The vacuum doesn't come out where you put the drill, but helps to attach the device to the wall. But since the soft rubber is behind the drill hole, you can catch any dirt that's going around. There are also nylon brushes in the hole where the drill goes in, which will also catch any leftover debris when you pull the drill out. It's a great tool that I'm currently using and would highly recommend as a gift and also as a must have tool if you do a lot of DIY projects around the house 👍
