Upgrading to 4 stars because I got a direct response from the company and they suggested that since I have a slow closing seat I should use the need to get pads i ordered will try as soon as they come out. I need to figure out why it's leaking, but I'm sure there's an easy fix as well. I'm giving this a 3 because I like the product itself but the design is lacking. What they don't show you is that there is a gap when you install the bidet. I don't know if it was my seat specifically or what I did wrong, but once the seat and lid were closed they no longer touched the toilet and a couple of times when I sat down to check the plastic bolts cracked out of here. It also leaked because I couldn't tighten the tee enough. I contacted Squat Pot directly to ask what I did wrong and have yet to hear back from them. If I can install it and run it without leaks, I'll happily change it to 5 stars because I really liked it.
