Review on AcuRite 00278 Digital Thermometer Timer by Asia Newell

It was easy to set up and I was very pleased with how it performed in the first 30 minutes of preparing Christmas dinner. Then he started reading Probe Error, he was in the middle of a fillet of beef and he wasn't done yet. I reset the sensor and turned off the thermometer when it didn't reset. Worked for 3-5 minutes and then gave a sensor error. After 4 attempts I gave up. I was a little nervous because I didn't want to ruin the Christmas dinner. Luckily I have a brother in law who is a chef and saved the day. Unfortunately I lost most of the packaging during the Christmas banter and cannot return it.
