Very good customer service and response times

I liked that they were very efficient in their work, always responding quickly when contacted by email or phone call; also it was nice being able for them (and other vendors) access our data without having us sign NDAs - which is usually what we do at all companies! The only thing i disliked about this vendor/company are some delays from time-to.-time but not much as well since most issues can be resolved right away if needed.

We used VB2O4 software where there's an option available via API integration within Salesforce CRM system so every sales person will have easy way up accessing product information through cloud environment instead using excel sheets etc..

  • I will recommend them to my friends/colleagues
Cons
  • Nothing really would've preferred to have more frequent email contact from the vendor when there have been product updates or minor issues
