It's really hard to get through because if you hold on to it, it flips over and makes you dizzy and makes you want to fall. And that's actually a good thing, because it makes the course that much more difficult, and Ninja Warrior courses are supposed to be difficult. And it is also very difficult to turn on it to the other side, because when turning, it only turns, so it is more difficult to get to the next obstacle. And it's good for the same reason. You can also sit on it but that's the part why I didn't give all 5 stars because if you stay on it for a long time it will hurt your back.
