There is little to say other than that it does exactly what it's supposed to. I have one of those bottle trees with sanitizer on it and have never had any issues with it other than the fact that it's fiddly as hell. Once you start using it, about 9 square feet of your counter or countertop will be gone because the bottles are sticking out in all directions. Since the bottles are also at an angle, it takes a long time for the inside to dry completely - there is always a small puddle just above the neck. This system takes up MUCH less space. Because the bottles stand upright, they empty completely, allowing you to start bottling faster. Of course, you'll have puddles of liquid at the bottom of the bottom row of bottles, but that's okay because it's outside. It doesn't bother you on the way to bottling. Another advantage: When you're done and put it away, everything folds up very compactly. You can hide it anywhere instead of keeping it in a big box. And it's cheaper!
