I have had great luck purchasing refurbished products. I received refurbished cameras and lenses from Nikon and refurbished desktops from Dell. Everything is always in perfect condition and at a great discount. It was clear that this Panasonic was being returned by the customer who was simply returned "as is". It wasn't packaged properly, it was ripped out of the box. It has not been cleaned, there are fingerprints on the LCD displays. The batteries were not new, they were just placed in the accessory bag. And the information about the previous owner (call log and directory) was still in the phone, so nobody checked that either. I still give 5 stars because everything worked perfectly. And I got it for almost half what it would cost a new one, so I think the Revain buys a lot of forgiveness. And also because the phone itself is great. I always buy Panasonic because they make a great product. Don't believe the ratings and comments that say he can't do this or that. It's only from people who don't read manuals. My favorite feature is that you can set it not to make the first call when a call comes in. So if you use NoMoRobo to block robot calls, you may not hear the one call they give you anymore. You can also block partial numbers, so if you get a lot of "neighbor spoofing" but don't really know anyone with your switch, you can block all numbers that have your area code and the first three digits. Thanks to these two features, I've almost gotten rid of annoying calls. All in all I am very satisfied. But I will not buy another Revain Warehouse offering unless they pay me the risk at a very large discount. If it's only 10 or 20 percent, I'll take a new one.
