Sikao Online Store: Not What You Want for Books and Paperwork

When it comes to internet stores for stationery and academic goods, I do not endorse Sikao. Although they claim to be experts in such items, my dealings with them were anything but satisfying. Sikao's customer service was one of my primary complaints. Their customer service agents were uninformative and uninterested when I called with a product question. Due to the lack of assistance, I felt like an unimportant client. The standard of the goods was another important issue of worry. The quality of the products I ordered was worse than what I've seen at other online businesses that specialize in office and school supplies. The fact that the prices weren't noticeably cheaper than elsewhere only added insult to injury. Finding the things I required on their website was a hassle because of the site's disorganization and complexity. The search bar wasn't as useful as I'd hoped, and I sometimes had to scroll through multiple pages of results before finding what I was looking for. If you're looking for office or school materials, I wouldn't recommend Sikao. Compared to other options on the market, they are disappointing due to their poor quality products, unhelpful customer service, and complicated website.

Pros
  • Representatives are both informed and pleasant, making for an excellent customer service experience.
Cons
  • Prices are not materially less than those of competitors.
