There are some things that, once you get them, make you wonder how you ever lived without them. One of those things for me was shower curtain hooks with roller balls on top. I didn't even know they existed until a few years ago, when I was helping my 70-year-old father change his shower curtain and he told me about it. I immediately bought a set to end the frustration of ripping the shower liners or even pulling out the tie rod when the old hooks got caught on the rod. They were great to use. Well, now I've found something even better than full locking roller shower hooks - these dual shower curtain hooks from Amazer. These hooks have roller balls BUT they simply mount onto the stem and as they have a hook on either side you can easily change the lining or curtain without removing the entire hook from the stem. Imagine not having to unhook the hook, pull it off the shaft, remove the lining and curtain, put on a new one, press it back against the rod, and then snap it back in place. I ordered my hooks in bronze finish. They are made of brass and stainless steel and are heavier than the old roller clamps. They claim they are rust resistant, but that remains to be seen. I haven't had a single kit that didn't have a bit of rust, with the exception of some old plastic kits from years ago. I've had them for a few weeks now and they work great. I actually changed my shower curtain twice simply because it was so easy. Look, I know that with all the problems there is in the world, shower curtain hooks aren't a big deal, but if you can find something that works, is inexpensive, is of good quality, and helps relieve the stress around the house, why not buy ? I'm glad I did it and I tell my family and friends about it.
