I just received this stabilizer and overall I think it's a great product. Pros: Good design The software integrates well with the phone. The software allowed me to use features on my phone's camera that I didn't even know existed. For the most part it works as advertised. I think the issues I had had more to do with my lack of experience with the gimbal than an actual malfunction of the item itself. Cons: No instructions. It was a bit cumbersome to set up at first, I had to watch videos on Youtube. Conclusion: I recommend this product. Once you've set it up (it's not hard, just no instructions) and played around with the controls a bit, you'll be happy with the performance. In addition, there are many videos on YouTube showing how to set up and use this item. I really want to use it on my next vacation with my family.
