Couldn't figure out how to set it up. I had to go to Youtube, otherwise they weren't enough. Probably great if you're an intuitive genius. I also heard that the tracking is bad but there was no way to find out. I sent it back despite the rave reviews from others.

Love the fact that all the hard work is done once you connect a sleek 4 4 device to your phone. From there, you can do almost anything from record a video to take a photo, as well as make any adjustments you need. Balance was an issue for me at #1, but after a few tries I got it right. Overall a great product and I will be using it frequently while recording my YouTube page.

This is my first stabilizer and I am very happy with it. Problems with it on Android, well I've had NO problems so far, it works great! In general, its use is light and smooth, feels good in the hands, not light to feel like a toy, but not heavy, so you are not used to wanting to carry it to shoot all day! Will continue to do so used and updated!

This gimbal is a little difficult to work with my iPhone 11 Pro Max, but it offers a workable solution. I particularly like the ease of use, which allows you to access camera controls without having to resort to the iPhone's touchscreen. The integration with Filmic Pro is amazing. I just received this stabilizer and overall I think it's a great product. Pros: Good design The software integrates well with the phone. The software allowed me to use features on my phone's camera that I didn't even know existed. For the most part it works as advertised. This worked great. Phone, Camera or Go Pro. I would buy this product again in the future due to some of the great features the app offers. The only improvement I would like to see is some more powerful motors when my iPhone 11 Pro Max is plugged in a few times as it crashed while recording and also the follow option is very temperamental on the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Not sure if this is an issue with lighter phones or just an issue with the 11 Pro Max.

I liked this gimbal on paper, but it doesn't make up for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. If I were still taking photos with my iPhone 7 Plus, it would work great. Unfortunately, the Pro Max's new weight and its super-heavy camera array mean it's constantly tipping over the center of the frame. I also have no connection to the app. Watched about 10 long how-to videos on YouTube. None of them helped.
