The most helpful feature of this app is that it allows me to set up appointments for my clients, with reminders sent via email or text message. I can also enter notes about each client's visit in the medical record section. It has been very easy for our staff to use as well! There are some features we'd like to see added (such as a "to do" list) but overall, it works great! We've had no issues using this system at all so far. If you're looking for something simple yet effective, then consider using Timely Booking. Our practice uses it almost daily to schedule patient visits and keep track of their health records.
