I think this is a product that is well suited for people who have no body problems other than the need to turn. I have a sciatic nerve problem and this product affected my sciatic nerve after about 45 minutes of use. If you have any kind of nervous problem, this product may affect you. It requires significantly more padding and a way to shift weight off your nerves so you don't feel pain. Again, I think the product is in perfect order. I have physical problems that make it difficult for me to use it. That's why this rating is mixed.
