So before you begin, be aware that drilling/tapping may be required to reinstall the manifold. If you get a seemingly incurable lean code, look under the underhood exhaust heat shield for large cracks. I had a crack in cylinder 6 and around the O2 probe resulting in excessive fuel consumption. Also make sure the intake manifold bolts are tight while you are under the hood.
