Lace is on outside & can soil very easily
If I had known that ordinary crocheted lace was just sewn on the outside I never would have purchased this bag. It will be impossible to keep it clean. Most white or pale colored crochet bags can be hand washed. The plastic part is very nice. The design is good. The plastic is strong. The design is good except for the silly way the lace is attached. I painted it over repeatedly with clear spray paint - am hoping that with prevent damage & soiling of lace. Wait & see.Cannot recommend.
