I'm 6'3" and 190 lbs. Ordered XL and it fits damn well. A little long on the arms but they can be velcro adjusted be tightened at the wrists. The waist is a little big but again the belt can be tightened just enough. The costume is amazing. This is my first ski suit and I will never go back. The warmth is supreme. In this suit and in I spent three days skiing in Canada in the cold with just a shirt and leggings under the suit. I got really warm. The pockets are big and there are a lot of them. The costume draws attention and you will get a lot of compliments. Enjoy it and flaunt your costume!
