Not suitable for straight hair
About a week ago I bought a silk straightener and wanted to touch it up as it looked more blow dried than straight. So I used the highest setting for coarse hair and it didn't work. I made small strands and went through about 6 times just to smooth out the top but not the bottom. I think it's because it's not hot enough. Beware you have coarse hair although my hair came semi straight from my silk press and it should straighten out very easily. Was disappointed. It is better for fine/straight and wavy hair.
