Easy to read and use, accurate, well made
I used to use a quarter size meat thermometer it was so hard to read and the accuracy was questionable. This one is way better. I appreciate the temperature cheat sheet printed on the dial and the pointer for setting the target temperature. I dipped the tip in boiling water and the dart hit the calibration mark, the point, so I'm sure it's accurate.
