I just received it today so can't confirm its longevity yet but I've done quite a bit of research to look for a "catch-all" Entry to look for bags/keys/shoes because we don't have a hallway. I didn't want to take up much space and was concerned that the top shelf would stick out too much. It's not like this. I consider myself a fairly capable 37 year old woman so this thing was pretty straightforward and easy to put together. It took me about an hour. The instructions were very clear and all the parts were there, no extra tools were needed unless you want to wall mount it. Tip for those who have complained about drill boards, check your inventory, set the screw sizes aside in groups and follow the instructions. I really like this article. Good looking and wall mountable for strength and stability. The ONLY problem I had was at the very end, literally the last two screws going into the wood shelf with the hooks, they just kept turning. They were tight enough but not complete. I probably could have just dunked my propellers and all would be fine, but I ended up getting lazy, shook it to check stability and it was good enough.
