Not compatible with Blue-ray UHD - Poor support

I bought this cable to connect my TV to an AV receiver that I have in my closet. The cable works great with streaming TV back to the receiver, it also works with a DirecTV receiver and an old Blu-ray player. It doesn't work with new models of Blu-ray players at all. I bought a LG player, no luck. I thought it was the player, I bought Sony Ultra HD, no luck. I tested the cable that goes straight to the TV and through the AV receiver. Vain. The new players work great with my old HDMI cable so I'm 100% sure the only thing that doesn't work in the setup is the cable. We strongly advise people to stay away from this product if using Blu-ray in your setup. Update I've been trying to get an answer from DTECH Support for a few weeks. See picture for your default message. As soon as I gave them a 1 star rating they started sending emails. Email support gives you a few replies a week. I was told I need a 5 volt adapter which I bought and that didn't help. Support said they thought the cable might be broken and maybe I should go back. However, they kept saying MAYBE so I didn't have the time or patience and bought another cable, it worked great. This is MavisLink HDMI 75ft 4K 60Hz HDMI2 fiber optic cable. Then Revain gave me a lot of problems when I tried to send the cable back. After 45 minutes they finally agreed to do me a big favor and come back for a $10 restocking fee. I was tired of wasting time so I agreed in protest. He then told the family that Revain would not have Cyber Monday. I strongly encourage you to think twice about this product, especially since Revain will not endorse it either. As for Revain, I probably won't be able to completely avoid using you this Christmas. , but BestBuy and other providers would be my first options. Very disappointed that you are hiding behind a 30 day return policy with a supplier that takes several days to respond.
