Review on 📹 Dual Dash Cam by CHORTAU: Front and Rear Dash Cam with Full HD 170° Wide Angle, Night Vision, and G-Sensor for Parking and Motion Detection by Kevin Mckechnie

I bought the original about 2 months ago. 3 weeks ago everything worked. The specifications state that it is rated for operating temperatures from -86° to +158°F. I got to work at 6:30 am and left at 7:15 pm. The outside temperature has reached a heat index of 99°fw/105°f. When I got back to my car and turned on the camera, it worked for about 5 minutes but then turned off and never turned on again. I followed all the customer support advice but this was dead in the water. There were no negotiations on the part of the manufacturer. After several back and forth emails, they informed me that my backup camera was on the way. It arrived in 5 days and I love this camera and now I love Chortau's customer service. I would definitely buy this product again.
