I've been thinking about buying gymnastics rings for a long time so that I can train a little more on the pull-up bar. And it didn't disappoint. When I first received the package the box was open (which most likely happened in transit or maybe I have a nosy neighbor lol) but the gear was still intact and not the slightest bit damaged so I looked up that detail viewed. What surprised me was that there were no instructions included with the order so I initially fitted the straps incorrectly. I later went back to the product page and found the instructions there and all, as they say, is history. As some other reviewers have pointed out, these rings really tear your hands. This is my first time with rings and the prospect of calloused palms didn't stop me from purchasing.
