Per the reviews, I ordered my regular, size 6. Wear a 4 or 6 pant. Am 5'6" 130# fit. I think I could use a size larger as the waist buckle I had to let out a bit and there is not a lot of extra room. I don't like using the last or next to last hole in a belt either, just in case :)) I get bigger later. They are good but I may size up. Gobs of extra length and includes extra snaps to put on should you desire. Nice heavy leather.
