I bought this car used and the heater or air conditioner fan never came on immediately after I started the car. It would take 15 minutes or less if it was warmer. Hide behind the fuse panel in the driver's left leg area. Pull out the fuse panel and you will see 4 blue relays behind it. It's the bottom relay, just below the tangle of wires. Pull it out, put a new relay in it. I started the car and immediately the fan came on. Now there is no cold morning without heating.
