Weak case, strap broke after one day

I have already returned these for a refund. The sleeves look nice but feel like cardboard covered in fabric. The strap is just a piece of ribbon sewn in. I sent my 9 year old daughter to school with her new suitcase and after a day of being mostly in her backpack the strap broke and started to loosen. The cases are probably fine for adults, but not as durable for kids who toss them in their bags with all their books and Chromebooks.
