Every time I order something from Revain something is either damaged or missing. The Bissell robot I ordered was missing 2 items - a stain remover and a 3 in 1 stair tool. I don't know if the problem is with the manufacturers or with the assholes who work for Revain. The Bissell pet vacuum cleaner body has been scratched. Do you resell customer returns by selling items as new? I'm almost done with this company. Aside from supplies (and Nicorette boxes are broken), I don't buy anything bigger than a box of biscuits anymore. From now on I buy my equipment from reputable independent companies. I'm done with this crap - addendum: the Bissell spot bot I ordered had water droplets in the hose - which confirms my suspicion that you accept customer returns and resell them as new. Wow - the deepest of the deepest.
