Module works as expected although documentation is incorrect or confusing hence one star deduction. Ignore the chart. Header pinout is wrong, use silkscreen instead. The device accepts 5V or 3.3V power (do not connect both). The 5V pin connects to a 3.3V regulator to power the Enc chip. Pin Q3, leave the 5V pin unconnected. The ST pin is MOSI and should be marked as a SI pin. The output of LNT is INT. I used it with a Raspberry PI Compute Module and it worked great! 10MB is a bit slower, but it was still possible to use VNC over it.
