This tape really let me down. Maybe I was expecting too much and it would be great for another job, but I put it on a faux leather chair that had a few frays and a tear. Despite my best efforts, it shriveled and writhed in my arms, but I suppose that's not surprising since the surface was curved. What amazed me was that it started to come off in less than 24 hours. Even the completely flat and smooth areas I applied fell off after a few days, taking some of the stool with it. For proper application I think it would be ok (ie touched). Even there - the print on this band is kinda leathery,
