These baby umbrellas are a great deal. We bought this dinosaur for my 3 year old boy. It has a very strong kid-friendly design, from how the decoration is attached to the top to how the mechanism works. Very strong "knitting needles" or what they call spiky bits of metal. It opens and closes fairly easily. He played with it all Christmas Day and was never pinched. Much stronger than a regular adult umbrella. It also has a flat rather than pointed tip, and each metal "spoke" has rounded plastic pieces on the ends. I am impressed. Much better than a raincoat because. next year they won't outgrow it!
