I'm a new mom and got this before I had a baby. We weren't entirely sure if we would use all cloth wipes or if we would make our own wipes to ensure they were chemical free. We started by using plain cloth + water and spraying while the baby poops. It worked for our kid. The smell is great and honestly we keep it in a watery solution for weeks... So if you're looking for something natural that smells great and cleans, this is definitely the product. However, we have personally found that all we actually need to wash an exclusively breastfed baby is water. It adds an extra step... But that could change if we start introducing solid foods into his diet and want to disinfect the area more frequently.
