Easy to use project management tool with great support
The ability for all team members (internal or external) in one place - it's easy tracking projects through phases/milestones & making sure everyone has access at their fingertips when required makes this software easier than some other tools out there! I would like more features available within each phase but overall very happy so far!! We are using brightwork primarily internally however we do have an integration partner who works remotely which helps us keep internal communication going smoothly between both parties via email etc.

- Email notifications to users upon completion, update request sent as well if applicable.
- Reporting capabilities across multiple areas including task assignments / activities completed by user per week , monthly reports showing activity statuses over time.
- Multiple views from different angles
- Attribution reporting that is useful
