So far, so good. The packaging corresponded to the size of these lamps. The lights have some dimension and appear to be well done. Of course, only time will tell if they survive or not. It was very dry here and I haven't washed the car yet. I can tighten the hex bolts on the front of the lights as others have suggested and I can also add a bead of silicone to the front gaskets. The lanterns were supplied with: mounting brackets, necessary mounting hardware and short wires protruding from the lanterns. The wire seems well supported where it enters the light. Again, time will tell if this is enough to protect against water. I'll probably add some silicone, it was good.
