Unfortunately, my recent experience buying slipcovers and home decor from the PureFit online store was not positive. Although the items appeared to be of high quality on the website, I was let down by the actual product. The slipcovers were too big and of poor quality, and the home decor items were too fragile and poorly manufactured to be worth the price. Not only did my order take a very long time to arrive, but when it did, some products were missing. Customer assistance was unresponsive and unhelpful, compounding an already unpleasant situation. If you're in the market for high-quality goods for your home or kitchen, the PureFit online store is not where you should be spending your time. An unpleasant purchasing experience is guaranteed by the lackluster quality assurance, the sluggish delivery, and the useless support staff.
