My new JBL Charge 4 stopped working! It lights up and charges, but that's it! Cannot be turned on or off! The light is on 24 hours a day. Nothing fits together, so no music! Tried to factory reset by holding both bluetooth and volume + down at the same time. NOTHING! He doesn't let me do anything but accuse him! Is that supposed to be a software bug? Tell me how to fix this or what should I do now? Until I sued! And start the return process. Even better! Send me one that actually works!
