Review on Elevate Your Fitness with the Echelon Beat Advanced Armband Heart Rate Monitor by Megan White

We bought our Echelon bike from Costco. We initially liked the bike and this heart rate monitor was a good add-on purchase for the bike. The bike's electronics failed after two months. After many attempts to get support from Echelon, their support rep finally admitted that there was something wrong with the bikes they knew about and the only solution for them was to send me a new bike. By new bike they meant a refurbished bike. To make matters worse they said I would have to disassemble my current bike, pack it up and ship it back to them. Problematic as the bike came in a very large and heavy box that I no longer had. Instead, I decided to return my current bike to Costco for a full refund. I love Costco for their customer service and support for their products. I will never have anything from Echelon again. If anyone needs a used heart rate monitor let me know. Mine is unusable.
