New dog on regular dog food but has diarrhea. We were looking for products for a sensitive stomach or products with a limited number of ingredients and we chose Diamond Care. I bought a small bag to start with and since the food was well tolerated I bought a large bag. Eventually, my dog gradually transitioned to Diamond Naturals and we've had great success. I am very satisfied with the Diamond Care and Diamond Naturals food lines which consistently score well on various dog food review sites. I recommend Diamond Care as a food for a newly acquired dog with gastrointestinal issues to gradually adjust to a new food, or as a permanent diet for puppies with ongoing problems. I wouldn't have switched at all unless I have four large dogs and it's more beneficial for them all to be on the same diet. If only I had a dog, I would stay with Care forever. However, it's nice to know that it works when we need it again.
