The worst purchase in my life, dont repeat my mistake

Two months after the initial purchase, the phone suddenly stopped operating. On November 8th, a request for assistance with this matter was submitted to the support department. After three weeks, there is still no sign of improvement. The chat function on the mobile app became unresponsive. The response that is given in response to the numerous calls that are placed to the support phone number is always the same: "You will be contacted by a return specialist." After a period of three weeks, the only reason they would unsubscribe from my emails was if they contacted the person selling the goods or made an offer to contact me directly. According to the suggested contact information provided by the vendor of the items, nobody responds. Phone number is not valid, email. mail is silent. It should come as no surprise that the seller has a lot of reservations about the transaction. Despite the passage of a significant amount of time, the support service personnel have not taken any concrete steps to fix the problem. The interaction with the support service of the Amazon site leaves one with a very unfavorable impression. There are no concrete steps being taken to address the issue at hand. Only unrestricted assurances and pledges are acceptable. I would appreciate it if a member of Amazon's customer support team looked over my comments.
