Review on Logitech MX Keys Wireless Keyboard Black, English by Wiktor Janic ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

This Logitech keyboard is, to this point, the best I've seen from the company. After eight years of using the "old" K800, one year with the G513, two years with the Apple Wired Keyboard (or whatever), and generally a lot of various keyboards, I have come to the conclusion that the K800 is the best keyboard. Taking into account the guarantee that Logitek provides, it ought to be satisfactory, and I believe that in a couple of years, you will be able to at least save up for a second one.

Pros
  • - Without wires. - Illuminated. - Coming as near as possible to replicating the "magic" of Apple products, but without "cheating off homework" - Connects via the unifying protocol as well as BT. Concurrently, for a total of three different devices. And toggles between them using buttons on the physical hardware. In addition, if you have an MX Master mouse, you can use it as a kind of keyboard, video, and mouse (KVM). - Quiet. - There is a variant known as MX Craft that has an encoder fastened to the very top of the device. There is bound to be someone who is interested. There are a lot of benefits; to have a feel for it before you buy it, just go to the mall and try it out.
Cons
  • Obviously, there are certain drawbacks to consider. They won't kill you, but they are interesting enough to warrant a description. - Backlight: Bleeding onto the surrounding area around the keys (Backlight oozing). When the hand is lifted, it does not always react immediately (yeah, these are first world problems; nonetheless, for that amount of money, everything should be perfect, dammit). Even if it appears to be rather gloomy all around, he occasionally maintains the opinion that the backlight is not essential in any way. - Power source: A single charge of the K800 lasted for a period of three months. It will remain in this location for the next few weeks. Do not replace it if it deteriorates; nonetheless, in the past, there were regular AA NiMH batteries hidden behind the lid. - A "multi-system" solution that includes both Windows and Mac layouts on the same board is a bit peculiar, and it is unclear why the terminal locks and the Vol + keys are separated from one another. - The radio interface may have a significant impact on the 2.4 GHz wifi. However, given the laws of physics, there is really nothing that can be done in this situation. - If dirt creeps behind the keys, cleaning it will require the entire soul to be removed. It should be obvious by now. It is tough to make a purchase at a price that is reasonable. Bank bonus points or savings from gray market goods.
