Well this is my fourth camera from this company and the first one that gave me problems. When I set it to record in HD, the picture is all messed up. If I put it bluntly, the problem is solved. I don't know why it does this, but it's already installed, so smoothness is enough. To be honest I can't tell much of a difference between the two on my phone, but if HD recording is advertised then it should record in HD. All my other cameras had no problems. I used to have two stars and then I lowered them to one. The camera still doesn't record in HD, but that's okay. The reason for the one star is that they contacted me and offered me a partial refund (1/2 of what I paid) because I was not happy with their product. I said that I think everything is fine, but the next email said "great, as soon as you leave positive feedback we will refund your money". This is completely doubtful and I will not pay a dime for this company spend.
