Corresponds to the description and looks good quality. Don't immediately blame the bulb if you don't get 3 levels of light. It is very likely that the problem is with the switch or sometimes with the socket/device. It is very easy to check and change the light bulb with a multimeter. In my case, when I only had 1 light level, the bulb and switch passed the test with a multimeter and I found that the problem was with the contacts in the socket. The center contact touched the intermediate contact, but only when the lamp was inserted. md
