Review on ARQVault by Darnell Murphy

I like how easy it was with this program because we were able pull up all of our data in one place! It took us about 30 minutes or so but once you get used too its quite simple!! Sometimes when i would try pulling certain records they wouldn't show me nothing at first then after clicking around maybe 20 times there are things showing backup files etc.. So if your having an issue just keep trying until something shows. This thing has been life changing since using them now instead going through multiple different paper logs which takes hours each time. ! I like how easy it was to set up my first search when we were looking through our old case files after an officer had passed away in 2016. Sometimes there are multiple versions of reports stored within one file which can be confusing if you aren't used to navigating this type software or searching with keywords instead of just dates/times etc. One problem solved - having all those papers filed together makes finding something easier!
