This is the second dehumidifier I have bought. I sent the first one back because it had no effect. I have used this in a permanent fifth wheel trailer and wow what a difference. I removed at least one tank of water a day. It made it much easier to heat the trailer with no moisture in the air and got rid of the mold that moisture could give me. This is really important if you have an enclosed space like a caravan to remove moisture from the air. It's not too small or too big. Pretty calm. It generates heat depending on the work. Not enough to heat the room but I wouldn't want to run it in the summer. The best thing about this dehumidifier is that it works at such low temperatures. Most only work when it's a lot warmer, but I've kept the trailer between 58 and 68 degrees in the winter and this thing has worked like a champ. With the other, I never saw a drop of water in the tank.
