I like that it allows me to manage recipes in one place rather than having all my recipes stored separately both electronically as well as hard copies of printed materials. It has features such as search capabilities, ability for users to create their own templates with customizable columns etc. Some things are easy enough but there is some learning curve which may or not be an issue depending upon how much you would want this software if used internally by your organization (i.e., does budget allow?). The interface could use additional work so that non-technical people can navigate around easier too without difficulty while using this system which sometimes requires technical help from our IT department when questions arise. We have been able to centralize all data into one database allowing quick access to information and sharing among staff members at any time via internet/email.
